Shipping and Packaging

It is important to us to keep our packaging plastic free.  We use recyclable cardboard mailers and eco tape. We can fit up to four paperback copies of Celia Seagull and the Plastic Sea in one cardboard mailer. 

Aotearoa / New Zealand

North Island shipping and packaging cost is $9.00 including rural addresses. 

South Island shipping and packaging is $12.00 including rural addresses. 

Once the product is ready to ship, you will be notified when it's on the way to you. All orders will receive tracking information at that time. Shipping is expected to be within 3 days of ordering.  Please be aware that delays in delivery dates due to Covid 19 are a possibility. We appreciate your understanding. 

Please do NOT provide a PO Box address.

Australia

Orders to Australia are sent via NZ Post which is non-tracked standard international airmail. The rate for shipping and packaging to Australia is $30. 
Shipping is expected to be within 3 days of ordering. Expected delivery to Australia is 3-10 working days. However, since Covid 19 deliveries are taking a lot longer than usual, some up to 20 working days. We appreciate your understanding.

United States, Canada and the United Kingdom

Orders to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom are sent via NZ Post which is non-tracked standard international airmail. The rate for shipping and packaging to  the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom is $40. 
Shipping is expected to be within 3 days of ordering. Expected delivery is 6-15 working days. However, since Covid 19 deliveries are taking a lot longer than usual, some up to 30 working days. We appreciate your understanding.

Returns Policy

If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not correct, please contact us immediately at celia.seagull@gmail.com. If you send us an email, please include as many details as possible including your order number and photographic evidence of any damage, and in some cases a photograph of the packaging itself. Please ensure you keep your delivery until the return process is complete.

No refunds, returns or exchanges will be processed unless contact has been made about any issues within seven working days of receiving your item. We do not provide change of mind refunds or returns, so please ensure you review the item before purchasing. 

We may ask for you to return the product in which case, we will refund the value of the purchased product, but we do not have to refund the value of the shipping. If you are required to return the product, you must pay for the shipping to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they have been received by us.
